This blank pattern card fits industry standards and expectations for pattern cards. (It's up to you to fill it out correctly!)
This listing includes an Excel spreadsheet with this pattern card, so you can alter it to fit your needs, and also a PDF of the same pattern card. In the PDF version, I left a space at the top for you to write in your company contact info (name, address, website, email, phone).
